 During the rough-in phase, Lollar Electric LLC installs all required commercial wiring, conduit, boxes, and electrical infrastructure prior to walls being closed. We coordinate closely with general contractors and project teams to ensure layouts are accurate, code-compliant, and inspection-ready without delays. 

 At the trim stage, we complete the final commercial electrical installation by setting devices, switches, outlets, and fixtures. Our team includes professional light installers who ensure clean, precise installation of lighting and finishes, delivering a polished space ready for use and occupancy. 

 Our excavator allows us to handle larger, deeper trenching projects efficiently and accurately. This equipment is ideal for long runs, utility feeds, and projects that require precise depth and alignment for electrical conduit and infrastructure.

By using our own excavator, we maintain full control over scheduling, quality, and safety. This eliminates delays caused by third-party trenching crews and keeps commercial and industrial projects moving on time.

 Our skid steer is used for tighter spaces and smaller trenching needs where access is limited. It provides flexibility on active job sites, remodels, and areas where larger equipment is not practical.

Having skid steer trenching in-house allows us to adapt quickly on site, reduce disruption, and complete trenching efficiently without compromising accuracy or site cleanliness.
